I haven't got much in my head right now, no plans for this post whatsoever so I reckon we should keep it chatty and honest.
Over the past three years, my attention towards One Unique has dwindled and I HATE that. I love everything about blogging - I don't do this for any other reason but for the enjoyment. I express my feelings through writing, which really surprises me because I hate reading blogs. Very sorry to other bloggers here but I rarely look at blogs!
A lot has happened in the past year and I've neglected my blog a bit. I don't regret forgetting about One Unique because it's been important for me to think of myself but I certainly want to get back into it this year.
I want my space on the internet to be fresh and to be honest: mine. No judgement, no worrying about if people will read it's content, a down-to-Earth place where I can write and love every moment of it.
5 years. Wow. I honestly can't believe it. My blog has presented me with so many opportunities and experiences, so much so that I wouldn't be where I am without it. My personality would be completely different, my friendships would be the same and neither would my professional life.
In the past 5 years, One Unique has built my confidence, allowed me to explore a range of outlets to express myself, and discover what I want to pursue on a professional basis.
2019 was an important year for me - I finished college and looked for a job. I can safely say that I wouldn't have gotten my job if it wasn't for One Unique and I think back to the split-second decision on my birthday 5 years ago.
Happy birthday One Unique, and happy birthday me!
Until next time...
Happy Birthday Sophie - I remember hanging out with your mum at events, do say hi from me!
