Richard III Reburial 22.03.2015

I had an amazing opportunity today to see Richard III's coffin, travel down the roads of Leicester. It was such a brilliant experience and I have met so many lovely people, B & Joe, if you are reading this, you guys are fantastic! I have taken so many pictures and if you have seen my Twitter in the past couple of hours you will see that I managed to grab a selfie with the coffin. It was such a great time, everyone was happy, we were all sharing food, taking lots of selfies and all crying together when the Richards coffin was passed through.

This morning I slept in until 11, wasn't expecting to be part of a big moment in history. I wanted to be able to tell my kids when I am older, that I was at a medieval king's funeral. So me, my mum and my sister decided to turn up. We took a banner that said 'King Richard III STILL RULES!' and we were filmed and photographed quite a bit. I was interviewed by CNN News, the BBC, I TV and Channel 4. SO look out for me! Again, it was an amazing experience, if you weren't there, you really missed something.

So yeah. It was a fabulous day, a once in a lifetime opportunity. Go and follow my friend B on Twitter! Don't forget to follow me too whilst your at it!

Bye xx
