Twin Atlantic are heading on tour again this March following their January dates which supported their new album, Power. The trio from Scottland have stormed their way into the modern music scene with their fifth album and I can't wait to see them live - it's going to be mental!
The album is a taste of a new and different kind of music from Twin Atlantic, debuting more of an electronica sound while still incorporating their signature gritty guitar. This is an album I want to hear live. The energy will be insane - especially in a festival setting.
The band's frontman, Sam McTrusty talks about the album:
“We are trying to reflect the culture of bombardment. We’re confident, carefree really about it. I love it so much and I enjoyed making it so much that I don’t really care if people like it, in a good way. I have no anxiety or nerves about it. Even if people hate it.
“We’ve always tried to be different but just been too respectful of the rules."
