Leave your skin feeling refreshed and clean with Sensse **

A brand called Senssé recently got in touch with me about reviewing their Silicone Facial Cleansing and Exfoliating brush. I love new ways to change up my skincare routine so, gladly, I accepted their offer. These facial brushes, I have been seeing more and more of, are what everyone seems to be loving at the moment therefore when it arrived on my doorstep I was eager to take it out of it's packaging. I mean, look at it! It is every girl's skincare dream.

This brush came in a top notch box, it looked sooo fancy. When I opened it up, the product was sitting there in all of it's glory, basking the new found attention from myself. I noticed little glitter specs when I cracked into the packaging, this definitely got me excited! Anything glitter is totally my thing and I was ecstatic to find out that I received a pink glitter pouch (with an adorable fluffy pom pom attached to the zip) for the brush to be stored in. In the box, I also noticed a cable, which you charge the brush up with - I've got to be sure that the product is bone dry before I charge it. Without even turning on the brush, I can safely say that I was super happy with what I had been gifted with.

The face of the brush has little silicon bristles on as well as three buttons at the base. The middle is to turn it on, when the on/off button is pressed the product begins to vibrate which activates the exfoliating mode. The light under the face turns on and I think it is such a nice touch! Because this product is made of silicone, it is great for those with sensitive skin. The bristles along with the vibrations causes a deep clean when the brush moved in circular motions on the skin. The first time I used this I used it with no face wash, after that experience I began to use my Nip and Fab Pore Blaster facial washes with it.

I began using the Nip and Fab Teen Fix Pore Blasters when I came off of my acne medication and they seemed to improve my skin a bit. Although, when I went on holiday I stopped using them and then ended up on some more acne medication. I now use these whenever I get a chance. I put one pump of the specific facial wash onto the brush and move around my face in circular motions. It's important you only spend 15 seconds on each area. I also found that when I used the brush on spots it can cause them to bleed slightly as you are taking the top off of them. to avoid this there are ways you can tone down the vibrations.

This silicone exfoliating brush has six different settings for the vibrations. So if you're having a bad day where your skin is super sensitive, you can turn down the rate of vibration so that you can have a more gentle deep clean. I use the lower settings for areas such as my eyes, I then up the speed for areas such as my jaw. This is a great feature as it makes your experience with this product so much better as it's more personal. As well as these settings, the brush will automatically turn off after 3 minutes (since that's the recommended time you wash your face for). Once you have finished exfoliating your face, you can turn off the vibrations to rid your face of any suds. The brush is currently on standby, so when you press the on/off button again, you are activating it's second mode.

On the back, you can find small bumps. This is the anti-aging side. If you use this is specific areas where you are most likely going to get wrinkles (I use it around my eyes and forehead) it apparently reduces your age lines. As a 16 year old, I don't find much use for this but I use it anyway because I'm sure it'll help in the long run. I don't think you can change the vibration mode on this but it feels soooo nice! It's like a face massage but better!

Overall, this Silicone Facial Cleansing and Exfoliating brush as lovely to incorporate into your skincare routine. You're face feels so much cleaner, it is important to moisturise after using it though as you will be stripping your skin from the moisture. Also, avoid those sore spots that are likely to bleed.

You can buy this brush on Amazon for £90 but at the moment it is £39.99 so go and get yourself that saving!

What products do you love to incorporate into your skincare routine?

Until next time...
