Sea Girls album review: Open Up Your Head

Sea Girls are one of the *hottest* bands right now and I have been waiting (along with the rest of their fanbase) for their debut album for so long! The indie-rock band from the UK have been putting great music out into the world for years and have just got around to releasing a full-album: Open Up …

110 Above: The Best Festival of the Year

The 110 Above festival is over a three day period, often at the beginning of August. This year, it was held on Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th. I saw the festival through a few bands I followed on social media last year and was desperate to go from that point forward. My wish finally came true.

Enrique Inglesias: MOVE TO MIAMI ft. Pitbull and Upcoming UK Tour

10 studio albums and 10 world tours in his career, Enrique Inglesias is always bringing out a hit that is bound to get you moving to. He has just released his new English language track, MOVE TO MIAMI featuring Pitbull which is a total jam that I'm desperate to hear and experience live on his UK tour in October this year.

Tokio Myers, Our Generation Live Review**

I was invited to watch 2017's Britain's Got Talent winner, Tokio Myers, perform at the O2 Academy in Leicester on tour on Friday. I remember watching Tokio's audition on the show that made him famous and being mesmerised. Each week I would tune in just to see what he would bring to the stage.

Calum Scott, Only Human, Album Review

29-year-old, Calum Scott, from Hull auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent in 2015 and came 6th with help from the hard-to-please, Simon Cowell. Since then, Scott has reached No 2 in the UK Charts with his passionate version of Robyn’s Dancing On My Own, and has had over 50 million streams on his latest single, You Are The Reason. Catching the attention of Leona Lewis, former X Factor winner, Scott is climbing to reach the top in the music industry in the months ahead.

Wake Up and Listen To The New Marsicans Single

See a different side to Marsicans with their new single, Wake Up Freya. Recently, Marsicans have released a new song and supporting video that I'll be playing throughout the Spring months ahead.

Top Pick of the Week - Fickle Friends

I'm a big fan of these guys, their music is so catchy! From Brighton, this indie band are always on my playlists no matter what. They're releasing their debut album in March and I'm excited to be heading down to one of their shows on their UK promo tour.

Top Pick of the Week - Lauv

I've been loving this artist for a while and I have no idea why I haven't included him on my blog yet. What's wrong with me? Lauv is an American artist that has been smashing it with his chilled music.

Barns Courtney - Live Review**

Saturday night I decided to tag along to a local gig at The Cookie in Leicester, where English singer songwriter, Barns Courtney, was performing. I had a wonderful night, in fact, I had so much fun that I'm still tired and trying to catch up on sleep on my day off. If you haven't heard of Barns Courtney than you're probably kidding yourself, you'll know his music when you hear it (especially you Fifa fans). Is Barns as good live, as he is in the studio? Hell yes!

Top Pick Of The Week - M.O

M.O are the new girl band on the scene and you'll be hearing more of them in the near future. They killed it at the Fusion Festival and the V Festival. This British threesome are made up of Annie Ashcroft, Chanal Benjilali and Nadine Samumles and their R&B style songs are making an impact. Little Mix, watch out, you have some new competition!
