GUEST POST: Tips and tricks to Enhance Your Natural Beauty || Amy Mia Goldsmith

Ladies, here’s one secret you all should know – women are beautiful. They’re beautiful when they smile, when they look at someone with love, when they are fierce. They’re beautiful in their bravery and their happiness. We forget this because we started believing that good looks lie in expensive clothes and airbrushed magazine photos, but we’re here to remind you of a few things. Each of us has something unique that makes her lovely and beautiful, and it’s reflected in how we carry ourselves, and how we use our charm. Get comfy, because here we’ll talk about how we can nurture our own natural allure and make sure we’re brimming with good mood and confidence.


Everyday beauty routine


Beauty isn’t just in glamorous dresses and the long process of getting ready for a night out. It’s in small, everyday things. Morning and evening cleansing, weekly exfoliation, good moisturizers – all of these things don’t take long, but they make a real difference. Nothing like a painful hunger pang to make you rethink your diet immediately. No need to be masochistic; the point of dieting isn’t fainting and feeling miserable all the time. The point is learning how to create healthy habits that will last you a lifetime, not only until you’ve lost ten pounds. Consult a nutritionist and create a meal plan that you can stick to. Make health, not skinniness, your primary goal. 


 These tips can help you nurture your beauty, but they can also help you boost your confidence. Not because you need to be pretty to be confident, but because taking care of ourselves reminds us that we’re important. You, lady, as sexy as hell, and you should remember that every single day.
