Looking back at 2017

2017 has been very nice to me. It started off pretty uneventful but the last few months really gone well. In this post I'll be reviewing my year and letting you know about some of the things that I have lined up for the year ahead - and let me tell you, they're coming a lot quicker than you think.

What I Got for Christmas this Year

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas which was full of smiles and joy - I did. In fact, I had one of the best Christmas Day's that I've had in years. Watching my family open their presents was so fun, and of course I am grateful for all of the gifts that I received too. Christmas dinner was scrummy and the games we played between the dinner and dessert was super fun, my day was full with laughter.

What Are You - Naughty or Nice?

I don't use dry shampoo often but I was running low so I needed some more. Batiste are my go-to brand and they work a treat on my hair. They have a myriad of scents that you can't help but love. The smaller cans were on offer in Boots so I picked up two, Naughty and Nice. How appropriate c…

Get the Perfect Gift for Her, this Christmas

I went shopping with my friend the other day and he didn't have much clue on what to get his girlfriend for Christmas, other than something that she'd mentioned to him. He was telling me about how he'd love someone to produce a list of ideas to help him out (aka me, lol). So this is for all you lads out there that have no idea on what to get for that all important woman in your life this Christmas - or for a birthday. This guide will help you in any situation.

15 Ways To Get Your Crush To Notice You

So no way am I a flirting expert but I can definitely help you get your crushes attention. I've racked my brain (and the internet) on what will make a lad notice you. Getting them to understand that you like them is extremely difficult though. They can be pretty oblivious. But here's 15 way in which you can get the to notice you and also get them to like you that little bit more.

Mouthwatering Melt in the Middle Chocolate Cupcakes

It's been forever since I last posted a recipe and since seeing all of the delicious food that my blogging friend, Sophia, has been making, it got me in the mood to bake. This was meant to be up sooner but I took a surprise visit to A&E.

Top Pick of the Week - Lauv

I've been loving this artist for a while and I have no idea why I haven't included him on my blog yet. What's wrong with me? Lauv is an American artist that has been smashing it with his chilled music.

Dress To Impress At Your Christmas Parties

I've been super busy online shopping, as per usual, this Christmas. I'm sure the rest of you have too. A few years ago, I did a little Christmas and New Years Party Outfits post and it seemed to go down really well so I've decided to bring you a more updated version! I hate shopping for parties, it can be super difficult. To help you out, I've put together three outfits for you to get inspired. I'll make sure to list every place where you can get each item, don't worry - they're form shops that you'll have heard of!

Making Your Options

You are never really given the chance to have a say in your future until you are 13, that's when you have to choose your options for GCSEs and believe me, it can be terrifying. Some people treat the decision as a breeze and pick whatever sounds fun, others put a lot of thought into them and try to imagine what they could do with specific qualifications. The next big decision you have to make is what you are going to do after you have finished those exams. That's even scarier.

Sparkle Like a Star

Just because it's winter, doesn't mean we can't keep the glitter makeup! We don't need festivals or big summer parties to wear that glitter highlight. I'm pretty sure Instagram was full of pictures of women and men with their face coated in glitter, so what's to say we have to stop just because the sun isn't out as often? The Christmas trees are out and we're all ready for the festive season. Lots of parties are soon arriving with Christmas and the New Year fast approaching, so lets crack open the glitter pots once again.

HTML for Bloggers - The Basics

HTML is one of the scariest abbreviations for bloggers. Those four letters that stand for Hypertext Markup Language, can be difficult to get your head around. It's taken some time for myself to figure it out. During my final year of GCSE's, I had to sit an exam where I had to create a website using basic HTML language. It wasn't easy. Let's just say that I had to resit it. After doing all of that, i made sure to teach myself some of the basics because they can be super helpful when I blog. Today, I'm going to give you tips and step by step guides on the HTML basics. I'll help you embed tweets and playlists. How to cope when your text isn't the correct font, and how to link your site when commenting on other people's blogs. I may include a few other things too!

Have Your Therapeutic Kiss from Oyster**

Oyster are a new premium skincare brand that will make your eye's look younger and sparkle more during the festive season...or any season for that matter. This is a brightening eye serum and it's not just for the older ladies, you can never start too early. My bedroom is full of anti-ageing products! The oils in this product will have your eyes looking bright and youthful in no time. Both me and my mum tried this out. My mum (obviously) saw more of a difference so most of this review is from her.

Vision Express: The Stylish Way of Seeing Clearly**

I'm sure most of you are aware of Vision Express but if you're not, it's an opticians. I've never been to Vision Express before - I'm a Specsavers kind of gal. I was invited down to my local Vision Express to experience their way of things and let me tell you, I really did enjoy it. When my experience was complete, I was allowed to purchase a pair of glasses, courtesy of Vision Express, to give myself a nice end to a lovely service.

What I've Been Wearing this Autumn

I love Autumn clothing, the cosy jumpers, Chelsea boots, warm scarves and everything in between. Autumn is by far my favourite time of year not just for the clothes, I love the crisp leaves and cold mornings; dark nights and winds that blow your hair. Isn't Autumn just amazing? Today, I'm going to show you three outfits that I've been loving this Autumn.

Was HELLO WORLD LIVE Really Worth It?

On Saturday 28th October I went to Birmingham to interview New Hope Club and experience the new Youtuber experience, HELLO WORLD. There was a lit of stick about this event, I had a lot of fun when I went but if I was a super fangirl I would have been really disappointed. The event as a whole was an unorganised mess, I think that the organisers had learnt their lesson on the Saturday and apparently the Sunday was a bit better. I don't think a few lists could have saved this event.

Interview with New Hope Club

New Hope Club are an upcoming British band made up of Reece Bibby, Blake Richardson and George Smith. Signed by The Vamps in December 2015, after only being a band for a few months, the lads have been stealing girls hearts all over the world. They've toured alongside The Vamps and more recently, Sabrina Carpenter.

5 After Midnight Talk To Me About Their EP, The Sauce

5 After Midnight came third in the X Factor 2016 and since then have been keeping their fresh sound, not forgetting those awesome dance routines! After their first single was released, Up In Here, it gained a massive amount of recognition with how catchy this tune was. Since then, the lads are releasing their EP, The Sauce. So far they have only let us hear the first track, Taste which is just as good as their previous single.

Catching Up With JP Cooper

On Wednesday night I had the amazing opportunity to head down to a gig at The Athena in Leicester to see JP Cooper perform live. I've been a fan of this man for a while now and whenever his songs come on, I can't help but sing along. He adds a whole new sense of meaning to his music and I was very excited to see how he would perform live.

Meeting Tom and Claire from Capital FM

On Wednesday night I tagged along to a local gig that my college had organised. In collaboration with Capital, Leicester College had organised JP Cooper to perform at The Athena in Leicester and I was buzzing the whole day! I couldn't wait to get to the event, my tutors just gave up with me in my sessions.

I had a fantastic opportunity to interview Tom and Claire from Capital FM and they were lovely! I'm currently editing a vlog that I had done throughout the night and there are a few funny clips of them on there.

If you're interested in working in radio, this would be a great interview to read as we chatted quite a bit about that topic. This is one conversation that you don't want to miss, although Tom and Claire are used to being the interviewer, I think they did quite well when the tables were turned.

Why You Need A Makeup Obsession Palette

A little while ago, I complimented one of the waitresses eye makeup in Nando's and she let me into her secret. Some Boots stores sell the brand Makeup Obsession - I had never heard of this brand before so I was excited to give it a go. I visited a store in Derby and they had it at the back of the store, I was impressed with the pricing of it, this brand is pretty cheap considering it's advantages. With this particular brand, you can mix it up as you can customise your palette with chosen shades of blushers, contours, bronzers, highlighters, lip colours and eye shadows. The temptation is real, and before you know it you've spent more money than you actually have in the bank!

Men's Clothes Rock

Women's clothes can be super uncomfortable, especially when you range from a size 10 up to a size 20. Yeah, that's me. Women's size charts irritate me, in different countries we're different sizes but men, they're all chilled and normal with their size charts. I love the Small, Medium and Large range, its so much more simple. Although not all of men's clothes are catered for women, some of them do. And half the time they are so much more comfy!

Meridian Leisure Park - Fun for All Ages**

A week or so ago, I was invited last minute to an event at the Meridian Leisure Park in Leicester. I love the park for it's array of eating places, fantastic Vue cinema and fun bowling allies. So when I got the email though, I was jumping up and down about the experience I would have that night.

Interview with Chris from Coasts

On Thursday night, I headed down to a gig and had a great night. Coasts are a band that I have been loving lately and I was very excited when I got the chance to chat with Chris, the lead singer. I met the whole band and they were all lovely lads, they can give an amazing live performance too! I also got the chance to talk with the guys from Misfires, who were supporting Coasts at the time, and they were a great group of guys. You can read one of my previous reviews of their single, Come on Over, here.

Top Pick of the Week - Georgie Keller

A little while ago I went to a Barns Courtney gig and was blown away by the performance from Georgie Keller, I just had to share his music with you all. I was going to do this at the end of September but things got in the way but hey, we're here now! Aged 19, Georgie Keller is relatively new to the music scene and has released just two solo tracks so far. Two tracks that I can't get enough of!

The Best Drugstore Palettes for Autumn

If you're anything like me, this Autumn you're dying for that Morphe Jaclyn Hill palette but that's pretty much impossible because I never have that much money in my bank account. So I've been through some of my own palettes trying to find some that are perfect for Autumn. I only had a few so I popped down to my local Superdrug and picked up a couple more. I think I'm sorted now for Autumn. You're going to love these palettes!!

#TalkingPeriods My Most Unexpected Period

TOTM (Time Of The Month) got in contact with me the other day about a campaign that they wanted to start all about that dreaded 3-7 every girl has every month, this campaign is called #TalkingPeriods. I thought this was a great campaign as periods are such a taboo and I have no idea why, it's a natural process isn't it? So why are we so shush about the whole thing?

Australian Bodycare Tea Tree Oil Skin Wash Review**

Body washes are a must for my shower, I don't know about you but I love them. The Body Shop are my favourite as they have a myriad of scents that are just too addictive. When I was sent some of Australian Bodycare's Tea Tree Oil Skin Wash I couldn't be happier as I love trying out new products. I've been using this for a while now and have been super happy with it.

The Treat Kitchen is the Place of Your Childhood Dreams**

Let's be honest, we all love a nice treat once in a while and what better way than treating yourself to some of your favourite sweets? I don't do it often, but when I do I'm super happy, sweets make everything better. The Treat Kitchen very kindly sent me some of their products to try out and devour before their grand store reopening in Highcross, Leicester. My family are a sucker for sweets and we always eat them as soon as we can so I had to leave a threatening note whilst I was out to tell them not to eat them. They found it funny but I was fully serious.

Top Pick of the Week - Amy Lawton

New artist alert! Amy Lawton has just released her first single, Undone, and it's giving me real country Taylor vibes! I'm super excited to see where Amy is headed in the future.

Interview with Josh from With Confidence

With Confidence are an Australian pop punk band from Sydney - if you haven't heard of them; where have been??? Formed in 2012, the band is made up of Jayden, Josh, Inigo and Luke. Their album, Better Weather, was released in June last year and was a hit! They've since released the album's B-sides. Don't you jut love B-sides? I sure do.

I had the opportunity to chat to Josh (right) all about their album, tours, supporting some amazing acts like Mayday Parade, and what is coming up in 2018. If you're a fan of With Confidence, this is something you've got to read - it's got a few exclusives in there!

Get Gorgeous Pearly Whites With Superdrug's Charcoal Toothpaste Plus SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We all dream of having whiter teeth. When there's celebs out there like Selena Gomez who have gorgeous pearly whites, how can we not? Unless you're willing to pay a huge amount to have your teeth cleaned, or get one of those lights that you stick in your mouth, or even buy that disgusting remedy of charcoal powder; getting those lovey white teeth is a bit of an unrealistic dream.

Supposedly, charcoal is a natural teeth whitener. I always found that a tad weird, teeth whitening with a black substance, like what the hell? So I decided to give it a go. I wasn't prepared to put a load of charcoal into my mouth so the next best thing was to get a charcoal toothpaste. However, I chose Superdrug's own range because I have something exciting to tell you all.

Barns Courtney - Live Review**

Saturday night I decided to tag along to a local gig at The Cookie in Leicester, where English singer songwriter, Barns Courtney, was performing. I had a wonderful night, in fact, I had so much fun that I'm still tired and trying to catch up on sleep on my day off. If you haven't heard of Barns Courtney than you're probably kidding yourself, you'll know his music when you hear it (especially you Fifa fans). Is Barns as good live, as he is in the studio? Hell yes!

Interview with ZEALS

ZEALS are a relatively new band and I've been loving them recently. The band have just released their latest EP, Ready To Fly, which has got me super excited for their future music! They've got a nice sound which is a mix of pop and rock, lots of guitar and drums. I interviewed this band so you can learn a bit more about them.

Micro Cell to the Rescue**

I think my nails are in a pretty good state, but there are some days where they can be ridiculously weak and flakey - which isn't exactly ideal. I'm always on the look out for a nail treatment to keep my nails healthy and strong so I was very excited when Micro Cell 2000 got in contact with me and sent over some products for me to try out. I've been testing these out for about a month now and now I'm finally ready to tell you all my verdict.

Top Pick Of The Week - Dreamer and Son

Dreamer and Son are currently working their way to the top with their indie style. Their sound is a perfect balance of rock, pop and indie, their meaningful lyrics also capture human emotion amazingly. Made up of Sayak (vocals and guitar), Jake (bass), Matt (guitar) and Josh (drums), this unique four piece from Boston are sure to be winning awards in the near future.

Ladies, here’s one secret you all should know – women are beautiful. They’re beautiful when they smile, when they look at someone with love, when they are fierce. They’re beautiful in their bravery and their happiness. We forget this because we started believing that good looks lie in expensive clothes and airbrushed magazine photos, but we’re here to remind you of a few things. Each of us has something unique that makes her lovely and beautiful, and it’s reflected in how we carry ourselves, and how we use our charm. Get comfy, because here we’ll talk about how we can nurture our own natural allure and make sure we’re brimming with good mood and confidence.

Keeping It Casual

I thought long and hard about what sort of things I should show you and talk about in my post today. After some deliberation I decided to show you some of my go-to casual outfit which I've been loving. I've already cleared the shelves of all the autumn clothes already so I'll probably have another fashion post up soon. Instead of my sister modelling for me, I took the plunge and decided to be in front of the camera for once.

What Blogging Has Taught Me

Blogging is a tough thing, my friend thinks it's an easy job. But every time I tell him all the work I've got to do in a short space of time, I make him eat his words. I've found out in the past two years that blogging isn't all sunshine and rainbows, although sometimes it seems like it is.

When I first began blogging I was a total newbie, I had no idea what I was doing. Like, at all. But over the years I've slowly learnt the tricks of becoming a successful blogger. Before I really got anywhere, all I thought was that the views would come to me, but that's not the case. I've worked my butt off to get where I am and I won't be stopping anytime soon.

Top Pick Of The Week - M.O

M.O are the new girl band on the scene and you'll be hearing more of them in the near future. They killed it at the Fusion Festival and the V Festival. This British threesome are made up of Annie Ashcroft, Chanal Benjilali and Nadine Samumles and their R&B style songs are making an impact. Little Mix, watch out, you have some new competition!

Sometimes All You Need Is A Little Splash Of Colour

I'm a big fan of finding outfits that are a bit different to what people normally wear, I love to be individual. So what better way to be individual than wearing my all time favourite colour, pink? I took a shopping trip into Leicester with my mum after I had finished my GCSEs and she persuaded me to buy this outfit from Dorothy Perkins, I'm glad I did, I love it.

Get Those Billion Dollar Brows With This One Product **

Good brows are essential to looking amazing, let's all be honest here. Everyone has different shaped brows, some people have even shaved them so they can sculpt their own, whatever style eyebrows you have, every girl needs a brilliant eyebrow product. And this is where my tip to getting billion dollar brows comes in.

Why A Smile Can Change Your Life

Smiling. We all do it at some point in the day, whether its laughing with friends, smiling about going home after work or fangirling over your favourite band. I'm sure you've all seen the fact that it takes less muscles to smile than to frown. But what difference does a smile actually make? Nobody really notices, do they? Smiling is just an ordinary thing and it's nothing special. But what if it is? What if I told you that smiling makes a massive difference to your life?

BUXOM Lash Mascara Review

I have been following BUXOM on Instagram since before they had any stands in any stores and so was super excited for when they came to Leicester. The other day I decided to pay a visit to their stall in our Debenhams, I only had £20 because I'm broke, sad times, so I had to get my friends to hold me back from buying any more.

Embroidery Is Everything

When I went shopping a little while ago I decided to go a bit out of my comfort zone and try on some things that I wouldn't usually buy. It turns out that I actually loved some of the things I tried on, included a few pieces that were embroidered. Since then, I've been all over this embroidery trend. I think it adds something to an outfit, especially if the design is a gorgeous design.

Q&A: Club Drive's Latest Single - 'International'

A little while ago, I had the opportunity to chat to British pop band, Club Drive. Since the interview the lads have been bringing out some new music and hitting the festival stages, their latest single, International, has been gathering quite a bit of attention.

Interview With FØNX

FØNX is a new and upcoming artist that I'm sure you'll be hearing more of in the next few months. His pop-R'n'B style is sure to get you nodding your head when his songs are playing. His latest single, Can't Get Enough, is a banger, with it's electronic sound, the guitars and beat are bound to get you hooked from the moment the song begins.

Noughty but Nice**

I was in Superdrug the other day and I couldn't help but notice a new brand that had found its way into their shelves in the haircare isle. I'm one for trying out new brands, especially when it comes to my hair, I'm always looking to try new treatments because my hair is in a right state - it's a dry ball of frizz half of the time. Noughty caught my eyes and so I had to email them about collaborating. When I was choosing what range, I knew it had to be one that was going to give my hair the TLC it needs so I went for the To The Rescue range and was delighted to start using them as soon as they landed on my doorstep.

Interview With Oli from Marsicans

Over the past week I've been in touch with Marsicans. You may recognise their name since they are pretty much on all of my Spotify playlists. The band have been featured on BBC Radio 1's playlists too, with their single 'Friends', Marsicans have also just released their latest single, 'Too Good,' which has caused quite the stir, if you haven't heard it yet, you can do here. Made up of Oli (guitar), Rob (bass and keys), Cale (drums) and James (lead vocals and guitar), Marsicans are on the edge of becoming a big name in the industry with this cool, edgy, upbeat indie sound. After hearing that they were in Leicester I decided to get in touch, unfortunately I couldn't make the date to see them but I sent over some questions for their guitarist, Oli, to answer.

Tough On Fridays - Little Italy: Single Review

Tough On Fridays is made up of two girls, Katie and Caleigh, from Georgetown, Texas. Formed in 2015, the girls developed a sound similar to Blink-182 and Nivarna, they have recently released their single, Little Italy. At the moment, they are currently in the studio recording their second song, Retrospect. The girls met in middle school and since then, began working on their music together. Both Katie and Caleigh play guitar, Katie is about to begin her first year of college whilst Caleigh has graduated and is focussing on Tough On Friday's future.

Leave your skin feeling refreshed and clean with Sensse **

A brand called Senssé recently got in touch with me about reviewing their Silicone Facial Cleansing and Exfoliating brush. I love new ways to change up my skincare routine so, gladly, I accepted their offer. These facial brushes, I have been seeing more and more of, are what everyone seems to be loving at the moment therefore when it arrived on my doorstep I was eager to take it out of it's packaging. I mean, look at it! It is every girl's skincare dream.

Dance Through Your Day With MyVQ **

I am a massive fan of music, there's no doubt about it. So when I got the opportunity to collaborate with radio company, MyVQ, I was ecstatic. I was given the chance to choose what radio I would like to receive, and let me tell you, it was a tough choice! In the end, I went for the Retro MK II as it had so many ways to listen to music. I've never bought a radio, I've either used my alarm clock radio or my phone to listen to music. So I'm sure you can understand how excited I was to unbox this beauty.

Betty Box: The Period Saviour**

The other day, a lovely lady emailed me about a subscription box for young teens when they're on their period. I actually met the founder of this company at The Clothes Show last year and was very interested in what they had to offer. Betty Collective are an amazing company that post articles for teenage girls, including advice sections, beauty and much more.

Superdrug's Latest Solait Self-Tanning Range

Superdrug are known best for their amazing sunny weather ranges like their sunscreen and self tanning. So naturally I couldn't help myself when I saw their latest Solait range. Summer is here as is my holiday and I don't want to be the palest person in the pool. These products look so pretty and summery that I didn't want to open them and ruin them. This would be the first time that I have ever used fake tan so I was quite excited to have a go. I am lily white and barely tan and self tanning has never really appealed to me but I thought why not give a go since these products look so good!

Look After Your Feet Properly**

When it comes to feet, there's lots of ways we have to keep them healthy. We all want warm and cosy socks, but that red dip in your leg/ankle from the elastic, doesn't always look brilliant, it isn't good for you either. Many people suffer from swollen ankles (especially in hot weather), diabetes, and just general bad circulation, so how do you look after your feet with these issues?

Interview with BTWN US

This is the first interview that I've done in a while and I'm excited to publish it all to you. I've chatted to the new and upcoming Australian band, BTWN US, about their very first EP release. Their EP, Heartache and Tragedy, is out on Monday 24th July in Australia and then released the following day in the UK and USA. Made up of three lads; Nathan, Daniel and Adrian, BTWN US have only been a band for a year but seem to have made a statement with their very first single, Surgery, being aired on MTV. They are known best for their covers which they magically turn into some amazing mash ups. If you haven't yet heard of BTWN US then you will be soon, these three lads are smashing it so far.

Hey Violet - From The Outside

If you've not heard of Hey Violet then where have you been? This new and upcoming band made an impact with the release of the first album on 16th June. From The Outside showcases all of their recent singles including Break My Heart, Guys My Age, O.D.D, Fuqboi and Brand New Moves. They have announced also that they will be releasing Hoodie as their new single.

My Superdrug Haul

The other day I decided to treat myself since I had come to the end of my exams. So I thought how else than to spend my money on even more make up? Let's just say my bank account wasn't very pleased with me by the end of my trip. I had gone in a few days before, with my sister, and we had already planned out what I was going to buy...I didn't really stick to that much.

Achieve a Blackhead-Free Complexion with IROHA Nature**

A couple of months ago I was sent some products from IROHA Nature who are a face mask company that only use natural ingredients in their products. I was sent three of their facial treatments from the DETOX Charcoal range and I was very excited to try them out. IROHA Nature is available at Boots so you don't have to wait for ages for them to come through the post - which is a bonus!

My 2017 Summer Playlist

I've not done a playlist in ages! I have a lot on Spotify and I have to say, a lot of them are throwbacks (guilty as charged) but I do have a handful of up to date playlists. Since I haven't done any music posts in a while I thought why not kick it off with a banging playlist? I'm sure you'll love this playlist - it's definitely going to be on throughout my summer holiday!

Kiehl's On Wheels Visit to Leicester

A little while ago I was kindly invited to the Kiehl's blogger event at the Kiehl's on Wheels van that had stopped by in Leicester to welcome the latest store in Debenhams. I had never really heard of Kiehl's before but apparently it's been around for years and is a very popular skincare brand. I met a lot of lovely new bloggers and took part in a few competitive games to win some goodies.

What's been Happening & GIVEAWAY

It's been a while since I've posted on here, I'm sure you all know the reason why. I've finally finished my GCSEs - now awaits results day! I have spent the past week working so hard to make improvements to Unique, I hope you like them.

Chasing Velvet Interview

Chasing Velvet is a new all girl band from Brisbane, Australia. Following their entry into the industry, the girls have released their first ever single, Vertigo. Amira (far left) takes centre stage with the vocals, Luci (far right) rocks it on guitar, Jaslyn (inner right) creates depth on bass and Naomi (inner left) kills it on the drums. These girls are undoubtedly amazing. I think Chasing Velvet has major potential in the music industry with their energetic pop-rock style. Since they're relatively new, I have set up an interview with the girls so you can learn more about the band and their personalities.

Arura Luxury Knitwear Is The Way To Go**

Arura are a new luxury knitwear brand that produce unique items of clothing and accessories from yarn. I was very fortunate to be sent a piece from one of their lines to review. I chose to receive their Nini Heavy Knit Cardigan - who doesn't love a knitted jumper or cardigan. Knitwear makes me so happy because it's so warm and cuddly.

The Stolen New Music Video and Single - Euphoric

The Stolen are sure to steal your hearts with their new single Euphoric. Based in New Jersey, the four piece are made up of Dom Cruce (vocals), Rob Chiaraippa (guitar/vocals), Kevin Smart (bass) and Mike Chiarappa (drums). These guys are sure to be the next big thing within the music industry, they released their latest single alongside its music video on Friday and it did not disappoint!

The socks that hold onto their promises. Why everybody needs a pair of Heat Holders **

If you're anything like me, your feet are cold 24/7. That it be in bed, sitting at your desk, eating that gorgeous chocolate cake or in the shower. My feet are never warm. I have endless amounts of socks, I wear two pairs of cotton socks in the day - one of them will be thermal if I think I'll need it, fluffy bed socks at night and slippers are a must when I'm watching TV. Yet somehow I still can't feel my toes.

Quick Fixers - Short Cuts to an Overnight Flawless Complexion

We all know that pain of getting a spot the night before a big event, or having a bad hair day on a day that your hair needs to looks REALLY good. I definitely know that feeling, so I went shopping (as per usual) to find some hidden gems in the high street drug stores that can help me with my nightmares. The products that I found I have tried out in the past week and the results that I have seen are promising. Some of these products I have owned for a while, I think that they are that great that they definitely need to be classed as a quick fixer.

Seventeen Beauty Haul

I'm currently working through my money from Christmas and my Birthday so what better to spend it on then make up? I just couldn't resist the Seventeen display in Boots the other week, the money was burning a hole in my pocket! After some careful consideration of what to purchase, I opted for some new eyeshadows, like I haven't got enough already. Someone needs to pull me away from the eyeshadows I tell you. During my little spree, I noticed an offer on, spend over £6 and get an All Out Pout palette free - who can resist that? The issue was is that I wanted both shades (Woo Me and Fancy Free), my resolution was to get my mum to buy two of the eye shadows so I would be able to receive both palettes. I'm a genius, I swear! Since I have been loving these products for a while now, I though it was time to share my thoughts to all of you lovely people.

On tour they were supported by High Tyde, who I have interviewed previously and Kovic, a new band in the industry. I cannot stress enough on how fantastic Kovic are, their song Wires is currently out, I'll leave a link at the bottom of the interview.

What I Got For Christmas and My Birthday

I know this is super late to be talking about Christmas presents but I though that I might wait until I had had my birthday. That way, I could share everything I got in one post. I had a fantastic Christmas and birthday. If you're back at school, I hope everything is going well for you and that you're not having exams like me. If you're still on holiday, you lucky people, enjoy the rest of it whilst you still can.
