The Body Shop Haul

Hi guys! So the other day I received a £10 off voucher and a free make up/skin consultation at The Body Shop. So I went into the Highcross branch and used up these offers.

The woman that served me (Tasha) was lovely and a credit to the store. We spoke about the sensitivity of my skin and what products would work best. She then gave me a little make over to show me what products to use and how. The final product looked amazing and it really helped me when picking new skin care products for my skin type. We had a great chat and laugh during my visit too!

Overall, with the £10 off and a 3 for 2 offer, I spent £24 in store on a few products to take home. I have taken pictures of the products that I purchased and I will add a few little details too.

These were my first choice, Tasha used it when doing my make up and it made my skin look amazing. The All-in-One InstaBlur (larger one) is supposed to make your skin look 'flawless' or at least level your skin tones. When you put your foundations and concealer on, your skin looks ten times better. The Eye InstaBlur (smaller one) does basically the same thing but around your eyes, to lighten your darker circles and stuff like that. Both of these would have been more expensive if I bought them separately. But since I got them like this, in a gift pack, they only cost me £18.

If you have a rounded jaw-line, you're meant to use brighter pink shades when picking your blusher. The Body Shop do so many useful shades, so I chose this one (03). It cost me £8 but is one of the best blushers that I have purchased.

I like natural colours when it comes to my eyes. Although this would have cost me £7 it would have been well worth the money. You don't need to apply too much so it lasts. Speaking of last, it has a good wear on it, therefore, when it comes to taking your make up off, it looks like you have only just applied it! This particular colour is called Caramel Flirt. Also, since the make up was on three for two, I got this free since it was the cheapest of the few.

This lip liner is a darker maroon colour. It cost me £8. I purchased it instead of a lipstick or lipgloss because supposedly, it is meant to last longer. It does. It was definitely worth the £8 plus, I can wear it at school and get away with it!!

So that is all this week. But do keep an eye out because I have another interview coming up. I'm not going to tell you who with yet, but if you went on my Twitter you could probably figure it out... that didn't really work, did it? But go and give me a follow to keep up with everything that's going on in my interesting life (NOT!).

Until next time...

Sophie xx
