Never miss a post

Hi again! I know that a lot of you are going to start worrying about Prom soon (I know I am) and you might need a little help on what sort of dress to buy, what colour will look good on you, etc. I need a little bit of help with that as well. I like to try on my dresses to see what style I like so you should do the same, even if you aren't going to buy the dress. On Saturday, I went Prom dress shopping with my Mum and I tried on lots of different styles. I am going to show you a few of the ones that I have tried on and some that I have ordered off websites since they weren't in stock.

However, this update isn't about me and I still have to wait for my online purchases to come, therefore, I will be showing you some little Prom idea's that I have created on Polyvore. Don't stress about ordering any offline and getting the right sizes because I have made it so much easier for you all. I gathered each item from a high street store, in other words, any walk in store (these are all in the UK so I don't know if all of them are available in the US or anywhere else).

A word of advise from me is don't go and buy the exact same dress or shoes, etc, because when it comes to your own Prom, someone might have the same dress!

Excuse my cutting on some of the items and also I think that some are wonky. I will put the links to the items below the picture.

Total Cost:  £102.96

The Dress: This dress is from the House Of Fraser and costs £59.99

The Shoes: The shoes are from Dorothy Perkins and cost £29.99

The Eye Pallet: The eye shadow pallet comes from New Look at the price of £4.99

The Nail Polish: The nail polish (Essie) is available from Boots at the cost of £7.99

Total Cost (minus the dress): £145

The Dress: I put the dress on the picture and then realised that it was no longer available (I would've bought it if it was), so I have put a link to the store where it was from which was Miss Selfridge.

The Shoes: The shoes I think are gorgeous, they are from Topshop and cost £50.00

The Bracelets: These are available from Lipsy London at the price of £14

The Earrings: These earrings are from Accessorize for only £13

The Perfume: This perfume is from Debenhams for £68

Total Cost: 113.96

The Dress: The dress is from The House Of  Fraser and comes at the cost of £69.99

The Bag: This bag is from New Look for only £15.99

The Shoes: Again, they are from New Look and cost £19.99

The Nail Polish: The nail polish (Essie) is available from Boots for £7.99

Total Cost (minus the dress): £50.99

The Dress: Unfortunately, the dress has sold out in the past few hours so I have put a link to Debenhams, where the dress was originally from.

The Shoes: The shoes here are from New Look and cost £34.99

The Earrings: I love these earrings! They are from Accessorize and only cost £5

The Nail Polish: The nail polish (Bobbi Brown) is available from John Lewis for £11

Later on this week, I will do a post showcasing the Prom dresses that I have tried on, and I would love it if you could comment which one you prefer. That is all for today, so don't forget to follow me on Twitter, Instagram and Bloglovin'
